Validity: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

 

Refund policy: Fully refundable if the pass has not been used. Once any session has been redeemed, the pass becomes non-refundable.

 

Cancellation: Please cancel or reschedule your appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the session being deducted from your pass.
